Which Land Registry covers my property?
Pick the province and town. We ask the Spanish registrars' public directory which Registro de la Propiedad serves it.
Every property in Spain is registered in exactly one Registro de la Propiedad. Some registries are named after a different town from the one they serve, and large or tourist towns are often split between several.
If your town shows more than one registry, the street and the plot decide which one is correct. Sending the request to the wrong one is one of the most common reasons a nota simple is rejected. When you order through us we work this out before submitting.
