Finding the correct Torrevieja registry
A request sent to the wrong Torrevieja registry will be rejected. Before submitting, we use the property details to work out which of the three offices holds the registered property.
Have the exact address, including the street number, ready. Alternatively, provide the 20-character cadastral reference shown on the IBI bill or the deed; this is particularly useful where an address could identify more than one property.

Torrevieja 1 also covers properties in Algorfa, Benijófar, Jacarilla and San Miguel de Salinas, although properties in those towns may be covered by other registries too. The municipality name is therefore not enough on its own.
